Plot: The boy Gregory witnesses the murder of the ice cream man "The King of the Ice Cream" and is interned in the Wishing Well Sanatorium. Years later, Nurse Wharton becomes the tutor of Gregory Tudor that reopens the ice cream factory. When the boy Roger Smith disappears, the kids Johnny Spodak, Heather Langley and Tuna Cassera suspect of Gregory.
